]]> Asasi – Kementerian Tenaga Kerja bersama Perkumpulan Akademisi dan Saintis Indonesia (ASASI) menggodok rancangan program untuk menyiapkan lulusan perguruan tinggi yang profesional dan inovatif. Salah satu yang menjadi usulan Kemnaker adalah konten terkait produktivitas di kurikulum perguruan tinggi.

“Kita mulai bertahap dulu. Ya, misalnya mata kuliah yang bicara soal apa itu produktivitas, cara mengukurnya dan lain-lain,” papar Menteri Ketenagakerjaan, Prof Yassierli dalam acara Seminar Nasional dan Rapat Koordinasi Nasional ASASI 2024 di Hotel Rohan Yogyakarta, Sabtu (13/12/2024).

Yassierli menambahkan usulan atau konsep kurikulum yang mengkaji tentang produktivitas ini sudah disampaikan kepada Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi, Sains dan Teknologi. Harapannya setelah nanti digodok oleh Kemnaker, pihak PTN maupun PTS bisa mengadopsinya.

“Di Vietnam contohnya semua kampus sudah bicara produktivitas. Di Indonesia mungkin sudah ada mata kuliah soal sustainability. Itu nanti tinggal diperkaya saja,” katanya.

Ketua Umum ASASI Periode 2022-2027, Prof Elfahmi didampingi ketua panitia acara, Dr H. Mujidin menegaskan ASASI berkomitmen untuk terus berkontribusi terhadap lulusan perguruan tinggi yang siap di dunia kerja. “Termasuk soal kurikulum tadi yang nantinya lulusan perguruan tinggi bisa terserap di dunia kerja baik di dalam maupun luar negeri,” lata Elfahmi.

Acara tersebut diikuti ratusan peserta dari sekitar 40 PTN/PTS seluruh Indonesia.

Demikian dikatakan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan RI Prof Yassierli ST MT PhD saat menjadi pembicara kunci dalam Seminar dan Rapat Koordinasi Nasional, Akademisi dan Saintis Indonesia (Asasi) 2024 di Hotel Grand Rohan Yogyakarta, Sabtu (14/12/2024). Acara diikuti ratusan peserta dari 40 perguruan tinggi negeri/swasta se Indonesia.

Menurut Menteri Yassierli, untuk mencetak profil tenaga kerja Indonesia yang berdaya saing dan kompeten, perlu kurikulum produktivitas di perguruan tinggi (negeri/swasta) sebagai penghasil lulusan/calon tenaga kerja. Oleh karena itu Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan terus berkoordinasi dengan Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi, Sains, dan Teknologi. “Jadi terkait kurikulum produktivitas ini, yang merumuskan dari kita (Kemnaker) dulu, baru seteleh terbentuk akan kita koordinasikan dengan Kemdiktisaintek. Kita berharap semua kampus di Indonesia belajar tentang produktivitas,” katanya.

Ketua Asasi, Prof Dr apt Elfahmi MSi mengatakan, Asasi berkomitmen berkontribusi kepada hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kualitas tenaga kerja. “Jadi perguruan tinggi berperan lebih pada link match dengan dunia industri, termasuk penyempurnaan kurikulum agar menghasilkan tenaga kerja yang mempunyai skill tinggi dan siap bersaing di tingkat global,” katanya.

Lebih lanjut dijelaskan Menteri Yassierli, konten/kurikulum produktivitas ini sangat penting karena ada kontribusinya ke tenaga kerja, modal dan teknologi. Untuk permulaan, pihaknya mengusulkan kurikulum produktivitas mulai diterapkan untuk program studi yang berkaitan dengan teknik (engineering). “Jadi nanti ada mata kuliah yang mengulas tentang produktivitas, bagaimana mengukurnya dan meningkatkan produktivitas itu,” katanya.

]]> Rakerda ASASI JAKARTA RAYA, diadakan pada Hari Minggu, 24 November 2024 di Hotel Wiyata Depok. Kegiatan ini merupakan kelanjutan dari Pelantikan Pengurus ASASI JAKARTA RAYA pada dua bulan sebelumnya. ASASI adalah organisasi kepanjangan dari Asosiasi Akademisi dan Saintis Indonesia yang memiliki cabang di hampir seluruh provinsi di Indonesia.
Rakerda ASASI Jakarta Raya ini bertujuan membahas program kerja dan tata kelola untuk meningkatkan peran strategis dan kontributif bagi masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya di bidang Pendidikan. Rakerda ini dirasakan penting untuk merespons dinamika perubahan kebijakan di bidang Pendidikan dengan ditetapkannya kabinet baru dalam pemerintahan RI.

Selain ketua ASASI JAKARTA, Prof. Dr. Dra. Dumilah Ayuningtyas, MARS, kegiatan ini dihadiri juga oleh Dewan Penasehat yaitu Prof. Dr. Hafid Abbas (Ketua Komnas HAM, Republik Indonesia), ketua ASASI Pusat Prof. Dr. Elfahmi, S.Si., M.Si serta pengurus harian dan anggota bidang yang merupakan akademisi dari berbagai universitas negeri dan swasta di DK Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Banten seperti UI, UNJ, PNJ, UIN, Trisakti,UIA, UMJ, Poltekkes Jkt 2, Mercubuana

Segera setelah pembukaan, Prof Hafid Abbas memberikan sambutan dengan mengingatkan akan amanah sakral yg diemban oleh para akademisi dan saintis untuk memecahkan permasalahan bangsa dengan kapasitas intelektual dan pemikiran kritis untuk mewujudkan lembaran baru bagi Indonesia yang lebih baik. Berdiam diri dan melumrahkan budaya konformitas sepatutnya tak terjadi bagi para akademisi dan saintis, agar Indonesia tak dilanda petaka. Ketua PP ASASI melanjutkan dengan visioining ASASI ke depan. Memetakan kapasitas SDM ASASI di seluruh Indonesia, menguatkan Networking para akademisi dan saintis dengan keragaman keilmuan dan kepakaran dalam kerja kolaboratif untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pendidikan adalah harapan dari keberadaan dan peran strategis ASASI

Bidang Riset dan Akademik, Pengabdian Masyarakat, Penguatan Keanggotaan dan Kerjasama kemudian mengajukan usulan program masing-masing yang kemudian disahkan sebagai program kerja tahun 2025 adalah salah satu hasil Rakerda ASASI Jakarta Raya.
